      Online Returns & Exchanges

      THIS RETURN POICY IS FOR ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. ALL ONLINE RETURNS NEED TO BE MAILED TO OUR CORPORATE OFFICE. 

      Returns
      Coastal Edge's  goal is for our customers to be happy with all of their purchases. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please feel free to return it per the terms of this Return Policy. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full product cost refund. Items must be in new & unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Coastal Edge is also happy to exchange your new, unused item for a different item/size/color. Please contact our customer service department at 757-491-9011 or email shopcoastaledge@gmail.com for a return authorization. 

      Return Requirements:

      • All items must be returned in their new, unused and original condition. Be sure to include all accessories, packaging, documentation and tags.
      • If Coastal Edge made an error in your order we will provide you with a prepaid return label, otherwise, the customer is responsible for return postage and insurance.
      • We strongly recommend that you ship the return with a tracking #. *If any of the conditions above are not met, Coastal Edge reserves the right to refuse your return or charge up to a 20% restocking fee.
      • We do not offer Free Return Labels However we can offer to send you a prepaid return label at your cost. 

      Non-returnable items:

      The following items cannot be returned:

      • Gift cards
      • Discounted items (if applicable)
      • Lost gift cards will not be refunded or replaced

      The following refund options are supported:

      • Refund to the original payment method
      • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

      How do I ship back the items?

      For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

      How soon will I get my refund?

      Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.


      Shipping back your return:

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      Packages must be returned to Coastal Edge within 30 days of the obtaining your RA number. All returns must be pre-paid, no COD’s will be accepted.

      Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance unless it was a Coastal Edge's error. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number.
      *We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.

       

      In-Store Returns & Exchanges

      Merchandise purchased will be gladly accepted for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.

      Merchandise must be unworn and in brand-new, sellable condition, with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds can only be issued at the store of the original purchase.

      The Following Items are Final Sale:
      Clearance/Sale items, Swimwear, Watches, Sunglasses, Undergarments, Face Masks, Wetsuits, Skate and Surf hard goods, Suncare products, Jewelry, Beach & Swim accessories, Gift Cards and Store Credit.
      NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

      Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Cash refunds over $200 will be issued by the Coastal Edge corporate office. This process may take up to 5 business days. Refunds issued to the original form of payment require the cardholder to be present and provide valid identification.

      After 7 days of the original purchase date, an exchange or store credit will be offered for items returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn and in brand-new, sellable condition, with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

      Accepted Forms of Payment:
      Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Debit cards, Apple Pay. We do not accept personal checks.

      Gift Card Policy:

      • Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only, not store credit.
      • Gift cards expire 1 year from the date of issue.
      • Lost gift cards cannot be replaced or reissued.

      Store credit may not be applied to a gift card purchase or used to load a gift card.

      Layaway Policy:
      Layaways must be claimed within 30 days. If not claimed, merchandise will be returned to the sales floors and all deposits will be forfeited to Coastal Edge.
