Shipping policy

We ship all orders from our Virginia warehouse Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 11:00AM EST will start processing the following business day.

Note that all orders placed after 11:00AM EST on Fridays, Saturday or Sunday will not process until the next business day.

Orders may take 1 - 2 business days to process and ship after you have received your confirmation email.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes, APO's and FPO's

ORDERS OVER $150 WILL REQUIRE SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. 

IF YOU REQUEST TO WAIVE IT, COASTAL EDGE IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. 

 

All online orders are pulled directly from one our store locations throughout Virginia Beach, VA and in some cases the items will come directly from the manufacturer.
Because of this, most orders have a 1-2 day Processing Time (excluding Weekends & Holidays) before they will ship.

If Items are out of stock you will be notified by our Customer Service Department.

 

What to expect after your order is placed:

1) Order Confirmation / Receipt Email.
2) You will be contacted promptly if there are any issues with your order.
3) Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your order ships.
